Kikis Lefkonitziatis Rent a Car LTD – Terms & Conditions

Rates include:

  • Insurances Included: Loss Damage reduction (LDW) and Theft Protection, in case of a Stolen Car. The police and Kikis Leftkonitzatis must be informed immediately.
  • Delivery/Collection: We offer free drlivery/collection within city limits. Available Airport Service.
  • One-way-Fee: Rent it here-leave it there, is available at a cost of €25-70 depending on the distance. One-way rentals possible during High season Period, only with a minimum of 5 days rental.

Renter and drivers age

Must be in possession of a valid driving license and the minimum age is 25. Renter under 25 must hold a driving license for at least 3 years. In some cases extra Charges may apply.

C.D.W. Collision Damage Waiver Insurance:

In some cases extra Charges may apply.

Optional Extras

  • VAT is not included in Rates.
  • Fuel: NOT included in rates and must be paid by the the Renter.
  • Additional Driver(s): Each additional driver can obtain the right to drive the vehicle at an extra charge of €3.00 per driver per day.
  • Baby Seats: These can be obtained for €3.00 per day.

C.D.W. does not cover tyres and windscreen or any damage made to the oil sump. Extra insurance for types tyres, windscreen and oil sump is available for groups A,C and C. In some cases extra Charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation, without charge, up to 48 hours before the agreed vehicle delivery time. If you cancel your reservation within the 48 hour limit the following cancellation policy applies:

  • If you cancel your reservation 47 hours or less before the agreed vehicle delivery time the change is €30,00
  • If the prepaid amount is less than €70,00, there won’t be any additional charges.

You are not entitled to any refund in case of a no-show. A “no-show”, are considered the following:

  • You want to cancel and you inform us at the time of the agreed vehicle delivery time.
  • You didn’t show up at the agreed place and time for the start of the car rental.
  • You haven’t produced the required documents at the start of the car rental.

If you cancel a reservation your money is returned within 3 working days.

Excess
When the client’s reservation and payment have been finalized, we shall contact him/her via email.

GPS Satellite navigation system:

In some cases extra Charges may apply.

Traffic Fines

Renter is responsible for all traffic fines occurring during rental.

Damages resulting from off-road use of the the vehicles or on unpaved roads are not covered by insurances offered. Travel to the north of Cyprus is not included.

In support of safety:

Please fasten your seat belt and drive of the left hand side of the road. Observe and obey all traffic signs.
